Timothy A. Majors is the third President of Suncon, proudly continuing the company's family legacy. Since joining the company in 2003, he has progressed from estimator to President, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial construction. As a licensed General Contractor, Tim oversees estimating, project planning, and construction operations, working closely with owners, architects, and project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and completed on schedule.

As a third-generation member of the Suncon family, Matthew Powell continues the tradition established by the company's founders. Having worked with the company since 2014, he became Financial Officer in 2016 before assuming the role of Vice President in 2019. Matthew oversees the company's financial operations, including accounting, payroll, human resources, insurance, and administrative functions.

Roger Reeder brings more than 40 years of commercial construction experience throughout South Florida. Since joining Suncon in 2008, he has directed field operations and project coordination, overseeing superintendents while working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and local building departments to ensure projects are successfully executed from start to finish.

Maria Gonzalez brings over 15 years of construction accounting and operations experience, following a decade in corporate accounting. Throughout her career, she has worked across nearly every facet of the construction industry, including general contracting, subcontracting, owner representation, and municipal building and zoning permitting. As Director of Operations, Maria oversees project administration, accounting, business development, and company processes that support every stage of Suncon's projects.

Mike Awad has been with Suncon since 2010, advancing through several field and project management roles. Drawing on his experience as both a Superintendent and Project Manager, he oversees projects from estimating and preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution.

Joe Dundee earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Kent State University and began his career in heavy highway construction in Ohio. Since joining Suncon, he has advanced through roles as Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Estimator, giving him a well-rounded understanding of every stage of the construction process. Today, he manages estimating and project delivery, helping guide Suncon's projects from preconstruction through successful completion.
